RECIPE DETAILS
One of the oldest styles in the world, Vienna Lagers have been around since the 1830's and have been a staple of many a brewer ever since.
Thanks to darker malts from the Vienna and Crystal malts, this beer will end up with a lovely copper to amber colour that, if conditioned properly will still be as clear as a standard pilsner.
With Vienna being the main ingredient here, you can expect more notes from the mouthfeel and taste as well, with bready, toffee and nutty often featuring in the description.
Being very easy and refreshing to drink, a good Vienna Lager is perfect for the warmer climates of the Philippines.
