The essential starting point for most brewers is John Palmer's classic How To Brew book. You can access an early edition of the book online.

There are too many uploaded videos to make a shortlist here, but grab a beer or two, get onto YouTube and search "How to brew home brew beer," and be ready to go into a wonderful rabbit hole.

There are numerous forums available, so try to find one that suits you best. Home Brew Talk is one of the biggest and active around, but there are others, such as https://forum.homebrewersassociation.org/, which are well worth a visit.

Software:

https://brewfather.app/
One of the best all-round brewing software apps available on the market.
Make your own recipes, find a whole bunch on the cloud, and discover a plethora of useful calculators, among other things. Also, you will get notifications via the app and email to remember to dryhop, cold crash or bottle.

These guys experiment, so you don't have to. With hundreds of articles (and a podcast) on various brewing techniques, ingredients and styles, you will learn new ways to brew and enjoy your beer.

https://www.beerandbrewing.com/
One of the biggest craft beer magazines in production today. While slightly more geared towards the professional side, there is a lot of homebrew information included, and they share a lot of recipes from brewers on a homebrew scale. Membership is required to access the full list.

Calculators

If you need to make a yeast starter, it is a good idea to make sure you are pitching the right amount. Use the above yeast calculator provided by Homebrew Dad on the Brew United site.

https://www.brewersfriend.com/beer-priming-calculator/
A very valuable calculator for those who bottle their own beer. This calculator will help you choose the right sugar and the right amount to mix into your wort before bottling. And hopefully, this means you don't have any bottle bombs.

- There are plenty of other calculators on these websites, and even the Software previously mentioned. Most of what you need will be found between these sites and software.
