Strata Pellet Hops

A super-expressive hop that is perfectly designed for hop-forward beers such as Hazies, Pale Ales and IPAs.

This new crowd favourite features notes of melon, grapefruit, passionfruit, strawberry, cannabis and even dried chilli. Using this in a dry hop will enhance the tropical and dank notes this hop provides.
Breweries such as Sierra Nevada and New Belgium are using Strata in mainstay beers. 
Pairs well with a lot of aroma-forward hops, but especially Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic.

Please note that Strata is repacked to order in clear, vacuum-sealed packages. The hops are perfectly fine, provided you use them promptly or store them in a freezer or fridge until use.
