Simcoe Hops

Dual-purpose hop that has a complex aroma of pine, zest and stone fruit while adding solid bittering qualities. Another hop that can be used successfully on its own in pale ale styles or combined with others for traditional IPA and Double IPA’s brews. Simcoe's aromas have been reported to contain pine resin, apricot and passionfruit.

Please note, that the Simcoe is repacked to order into clear vacuum-sealed packages. The hops are perfectly fine provided prompt use or storage in a freezer or fridge until use.
