Simcoe Pellet Hops

Dual-purpose hop that has a complex aroma of pine, zest and stone fruit while adding solid bittering qualities. Another hop that can be used successfully on its own in pale ale styles or combined with others for traditional IPA and Double IPA’s brews. Simcoe's aromas have been reported to contain pine resin, apricot and passionfruit.
