SafAle T-58 Yeast 11.5g

The Philippines is constantly warm and one of the best beer styles to enjoy in that type of weather is wheat ales. T-58 is the perfect yeast to produce those styles with its banana, pepper and clove notes. Can also be used for brewing Belgian style beers, especially your own version of a Trappist. At 15-20°C (59-68°F) T-58 yeast is designed to be fermented at the lower end of the ale scale for temperature. It can be used in stronger beers of up to 11.5% ABV.
