Dolcita Pellet Hops

Now this is a brand new hop.
Only officially given a name and released in 2025, Dolcita is easily the youngest hop in the Brew N Stuff portfolio. As another hop with high levels of sustainable compounds, the aromas and flavours this hop gives off are more likely to survive the brewing and fermenting process, resulting in a more intense finished product.

Expect to find peach characteristics, plus orange, caramel and pineapple notes throughout your beer after adding Dolcita. Earmarked as one of the 'next big things' in hops, get around this hop early.

Please note that the Strata is repacked to order into clear vacuum-sealed packages. The hops are perfectly fine, provided you use them promptly or store them in a freezer or fridge until use.
