SafAle US-05 Yeast 11.5g

S-05 is one of the most well-known yeast variants in the dry yeast world. This is because it is the perfect yeast to use for American-style Pale Ales and IPAs. Designed to be fermented from 18°C to as high as 28°C (64-82°F), this is what is considered a ‘neutral yeast.’ This means that it doesn’t produce many flavours, letting the hops be the showcase of the beer. S-05 can be used in beers up to 11% ABV.
