One of the most sort after IPAs in the world, Pliney The Elder is on every craft beer fan's wishlist. While it might be challenging to get here in the Philippines, you can brew your own version and enjoy it by yourself or with friends and family.

It's strong at 8%, but with a well-balanced aroma and flavour, so much so that you will want a second one. Floral piney notes are what you can expect with a little malty finish.

  0.5kg Weyermann Carapils

  50g Magnum
  75g Simcoe
  75g Centennial
  100g Columbus

  2x 11.5g Safale US-05 
  OR
  2x 11g Lallemand Kviek Voss Yeast
