A special project of Lallemand and Verdant Brewing in the UK, this yeast strain was developed for hop-forward and malty beers. This high attenuating yeast can finish off fermentation in 5 days at 20°C (68°F), and it is recommended to keep the temperatures between 18 to 23°C (64 to 73°F). A great yeast specially designed for IPA, Pale Ales and even sweet stouts, Verdant will add tropical fruit aromas and soft malty flavours.
