The name of the yeast says it all really. Designed for the fruit-forward esters it gives to the beers, this yeast is especially good in the juicy East Coast styles that are so popular now. If dry hopping during the biotransformation phase, this yeast will help accentuate the aroma and flavours from those hops. This yeast is a medium attenuating style that has a relatively wide range of favoured temperature ranges of 15 to 22°C (59 to 73°F). Use this in your next NEIPA and be surprised at the difference it makes.
