Lallemand Belgium Wit-Style Ale Yeast 11g
A neutral strain of yeast with lower ester and phenol production than your traditional hefeweizen strains. This yeast can be used in a wide range of wheat based beers such as Witbier, American Wheat, Berliner Weiss, Hefeweizen and the like. While neutral, it still gives a basic banana and spice aromas to your beers. A vigorous fermenter, the Belgium Wit-style Ale yeast had medium to high attenuation, low flocculation and a preferred temperature range of 17°C(63°F) to 22°C(72°F).
