Hazy IPA Recipe Pack
Hazy IPA Recipe Pack
RECIPE DETAILS
A little over five years ago, unless you were brewing a wheat-style beer, haze was a dirty word when it came to describing a beer. Now Hazy (or New England) IPAs are some of the most popular beers in the world. The haziness is bought on by using wheat and oats which are meant to add a fuller, creamier mouthfeel.
This, joined by the very tropical and citrus aromas you get by the selection of hops traditionally used in the style, gives juicy and easy-to-drink relatively higher ABV beer. Some of the more famous versions around the world are often compared to drinking tropical juice with a kick.
Why not brew your own style with this recipe that has been curated from experience and well-known recipes?
