Hallertauer Mittelfrüh Pellet Hops

Hallertauer Mittelfrüh is the land variety of the area of Hallertau with a very noble and typical aroma. Due to its susceptibility to wilt, this variety almost disappeared. The high demand and virus-free rootstock contributed to a successful comeback.

This variety's aroma is characterised by spicy-woody aromas like myrrh, carnation and lilac combined with red currant and lemon.
