Probably the world's most recognisable beer, at least in the non-lager category. And now you can brew your own version of the famous stout from Ireland. With its low ABV and dry finish, this easy-to-drink stout can still be enjoyed in the consistent Philippine heat. 

Best fermented traditionally with a temperature of around 20 - 22 degrees, you can still experiment successfully with the Kviek option.

Ingredients In the Pack:

• Grain Bill:
  3kg Weyermann Pale Ale Malt
  1kg Weyermann Carapils Malt
  0.5kg Weyermann Roasted Barley Malt
  
  
• Hops:
  75g EK Goldings
  
  
• Yeast:
  1x 11.5g Safale S-04
  OR
  1x 11g Lallemand Kviek Voss Yeast
