Cascade Hops

If you’ve drunk a few craft beers in your time, you’ve likely had a pale ale brewed with Cascade hops. In fact, this herbal hop that features nice citrus or grapefruit hints on the nose is one of the largest-grown hops in the United States. One out of every ten hop plants harvested in the US is a Cascade one. As mentioned, pale ales are a favourite use for this hop, as are other lighter style ales and even lagers.
