Williamette Hops

An extremely popular hop that has been said to be a cornerstone hop in the craft beer world. Willamette is a bittering hop that when used correctly, will impart herbal, floral and fruity notes along with its main characteristic – complex spiciness. Made in order to be a new generation Fuggles, Willamette now takes up 20% of all commercially grown hops. They are used in the platforms of ales, wheat ales and porters.
